At Pawnation, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. That’s why we offer a straightforward, hassle-free return and exchange policy for all purchases made through our website.
We accept returns within seven (7) days from the date of purchase. To start a return or exchange, please reach out to us via the contact form or the email listed on our contact page. Please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The original purchase invoice must be presented and handed over to the collection agent.
- Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.
- Products must remain unopened and seal-packed; opened or used items are not eligible for return or exchange.
For returns, a collection agent will pick up the item. Your refund—excluding delivery charges—will be processed to your nominated bank account within 10 working days.
For exchanges, the collection agent will deliver your replacement product and collect the original item. If the requested replacement is out of stock, we will notify you and either issue a refund or provide a restock and delivery timeline.
