Refund and Returns Policy

If you find your product defective, damaged, or incorrect/incomplete upon delivery, please reach out to us within 1-2 hours.

Depending on the product category and condition, your product may qualify for a refund or replacement.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The product must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any flaws.
  • Ensure the product includes original tags, user manual, freebies, and accessories.
  • Return the product in its original, undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. Avoid using tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.

Please note, if a product is returned in inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Refund Process:

  • If your product qualifies for a refund, provide your bank details to info@pawnation.pk for the refund process.
  • We will initiate the refund after receiving the returned item, and the process typically takes 5-7 days.

Exchange Policy:

  • We accept exchanges only for pet accessories, particularly for color or size issues.
  • Food items are not eligible for exchange unless an incorrect item was sent.
